RTI is a private group of the companies , registered from 2001 in Tulcea city – Romania, and it make works of professional welding. The geographically position, near of the Romanian shipyards - Tulcea , Braila, Galati, Constanta, Mangalia, Midia – and the specificity of our made activity – welding from naval domain – represent the main advantages to collaborate with the bigger partners from shipbuilding industry. The company has focused the objectives in special in the welding projects from shipbuilding industry, but and energetic or oil & gas industry and make metallic structures naval pipelines and hull erection.

In shipbuilding domain, we make various type of welding in steel on naval board or other profiles and on pipe of different size from steel carbon, stainless steel or other alloys. We run the activities with the equipments MIG / MAG on gas CO2, brand Kemppy , Lincoln, Esab, and with he equipments MMA with the electrode or WIG, brand Kemppy, Selco, and Telwin.

Our projects from shipyards, represent the locksmith & welding works, clothes skeleton composed, assembly volume sections, coupling block sections. In the shipyards we make the naval pipe assembly, and the welding on pipe of all size from steel carbon, stainless steel or other alloys. The projects from energetic domain, represent the works of MMA and WIG welding, on pipe, board and other profiles from carbon steel or alloy, to the boilers and pressure vessels, technological equipments, pipe membrane walls for power plants, and other types of metal structures. The projects from oil & gas domain, represent the works of MMA & WIG welding on big pipe, for pipelines, oil pumps, etc.

Our welding team have a very good experience with the authorized welding certificates on all the procedures SMAW, GTAW, WIG, issued of DNV, ISIM, GL Clasified Registers, in the both area, board and pipe of any size. For each project we choose the best people and organize the teams so that we have best results, in the according with the quality standards of beneficiary and Classified Registers.
